Dum Spiro Spero - While I breathe I hope

We continued our Bucket List adventures and recently visited South Carolina with our dear friends the Hiltons - Anne, Brent, Wyatt and Finn.

Part of their state seal states “Dum spiro, spero”, which translates to "While I breathe, I hope."

We fished, we boated, we tubed, we fished, we met new friends, visited old friends, ate bbq, and fished some more.

Upon returning home Miles had an MRI which showed that the original recurrence has now developed into two tumors.

We don’t exactly know our next steps, but talked with Stanford regarding the trial on our way home and should know more about his eligibility soon.

We continue to warrior on. To breathe and to hope.
