It is said that “A horse gallops with his lungs, perseveres with his heart, and wins with his character.”

Several young men, women and their horses illustrated every aspect of this quote yesterday. In a touching tribute to Miles, these young members of our local SVPP Drill Team showed once again the absolute heart and character within our community.

As “Don’t Stop Believen” echoed through the grandstand our good buddy Flint Moyles took a victory lap and as he said “kicked her into a new gear” showing us that we can and will continue to persevere with our heart and win this battle with our character.

But only with the love and support of the heart and character within our community.
