Running Down a Dream

A year or so ago Miles’s school held a jog-a-thon and ran their hearts out for him. Today he joined his Bulldog family around the track. He met his lap goal and then some.

As a student senator he was able to make decisions about today’s fundraiser. In addition to supporting their PTO, they also chose to donate a percentage to our local Rescue Ranch - a place for abandoned animals to be adopted.

Seeing photos of his with full and rosy cheeks, running the same track that others ran last year for him - well that brought the water works. Again, we are so thankful for our Fort Jones Elementary School community.
